How you earn

  • /infect <player> has a 90% chance to work for you (35% for anyone else). Victims lose health until they're cured.
  • There's no paycheck. This class is about the story, not the payout.

What can go wrong

  • 1★ per attempt. Stars mean tickets and arrests.
  • A Condom on the target blocks it 100%, and it's used up in the process.
  • Victims can get cured at the Hospital NPC for $5,000.

Pro tips

  • Space your attempts out. Stars fade about every 6 min.
  • Watch for anyone who might be carrying a Condom.
